02 Insurance & license
$1M / $1M general liability via NEXT Insurance. Licensed City of Semmes. Single-member Alabama LLC. Documentation available on request.

03 Service window
Weekdays after 5 PM, Saturdays and Sundays 6 AM – 6 PM, weather permitting. Most yards are 30–45 minutes start to finish.
04 The Standard Mow
Every visit includes mowing, string-trimming, edging, and blowing — one flat price. Default is mulching (clippings recycled into the lawn for free fertilizer). Bagging is available for a +$5–$10 per-visit upgrade — just let me know.
05 Weather
If rain or lightning bumps your day, I roll you to the next available slot — no fee, no rescheduling phone tag. Service typically resumes within 48 hours of conditions clearing.
06 First cut on overgrown lots
If the grass is over six inches at the first visit, that cut runs 1.5–2× the standard rate — quoted up front, never a surprise on the invoice. After the catch-up, regular tier pricing kicks in.

07 Payment ladder
Invoices go out by email after each service. Payment is due upon completion. Preferred order: Zelle → cash → Venmo Business → check (made out to Moffett Road Mowing Co., LLC). $10 late fee after 14 days; $35 returned-check fee. See the Zelle and Venmo payment options →
08 Cancellation
Either of us can cancel with 7 days written notice (text or email). No long-term commitment, no early-termination fee. Final invoice settles within 14 days.
